The content in this app — including affirmations, audio features, and "The Shift" — is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or call a crisis helpline. By using ASMI, you acknowledge this limitation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ASMI at wish4.polsia.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ASMI (operated by Polsia Inc., "we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
ASMI is a voice-first manifestation and mindfulness app that offers:
- Voice affirmation recording and playback
- Subliminal and audible audio mixing with ambient music
- Dream journaling tools
- AI-generated affirmations and vision boards (Premium)
- The Shift — an emergency grounding and calm-state feature
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ASMI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Your Account & Data
ASMI uses your email address as your account identifier. By providing your email, you represent that you have the right to use it and that it is accurate.
Your recordings, journal entries, and preferences are stored primarily in your browser's localStorage. Some data (recordings, account information) may also be stored on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of access to your device.
You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at wish4@polsia.app.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
ASMI offers a free tier and a Premium subscription at $9.99/month. Premium features include AI Vision Boards, AI-generated affirmations, and text-to-voice.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact wish4@polsia.app within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
- Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the affirmations, recordings, and journal entries you create ("User Content"). By using ASMI, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to record or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
AI-generated content (affirmations, images) is provided as-is. Results may vary. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape or interact with the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks associated with ASMI are the property of Polsia Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Health & Wellness: ASMI is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or therapeutic service. Features including "The Shift," affirmation playback, and audio frequencies are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns. In a mental health emergency, contact emergency services (911) or a crisis line.
Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that results from using the Service will meet your expectations.
AI Content: AI-generated content is experimental. Results are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polsia Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using ASMI, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
